Audio mixer and preamp hookup? - dbx preamp
I have a dbx preamp and a Soundcraft mixer. I do the microphone by the dbx, and then to the mixer, you can use the preamp dbx. So, now I have my microphone correctly with the ADK-input microphone preamplifier. So I walk 1 / 4 inch per inch, running the 1 / 4 in a channel in the mixer, and I have no sound. So I think I need to buy a 1 / 4 final female microphone socket, then close the end of the microphone in the mixer and not simply run into the 48V mixer? Does that sound right?

Is the microphone when it goes directly into the console, or if you need pre-amp? It is not soud as if he has done nothing wrong.
